What do you charge?
Every wedding is planned according to the needs of the bride and groom. Prices are affected by many factors including the type of service whether plate served or buffet, the number of guests at the wedding and seasonal cost factors.

Are you willing to work within my budget?
We are always willing to meet with potential brides and discuss cost cutting options, and make suggestions for menu selections that may fit into the budget you have in mind.

Are taxes and gratuities extra?
Gratuity for service staff is always left up to the discretion of our brides and their family. No gratuity is expected, but is always welcome by our hard working staff if you believe they performed well. Tax will be calculated based on your total and added to your final invoice.

Are you available on my wedding date?
This is the most important question to ask! We book months and sometimes years in advance. Please inquire as to the availability of your special day as soon as possible.

Can you supply examples of suggested menus along with prices?
We have lists of menu selections, and pictures of previous events, but we always attempt to make your wedding one of a kind. We also welcome you to bring ideas of items you love to eat and menus that are special to you.

Do you insist on doing all the catering at our wedding?
We do insist on doing all the catering for health and safety reasons. Our kitchen staff is trained and certified in food safety procedures, and our kitchen is inspected by the health department who certifies that we are in compliance with health laws.

Are you familiar with my wedding site?
We have served in various locations across the country. In middle Tennessee our preferred venues are Hazel Path Mansion, Rock Castle, and Riverwood Mansion. We use Grand Central Party Rentals for our rental needs. If we are not familiar with your site, we would love to visit the site with you prior to your event.

What are the deposit and cancellation policies?
Payment of the deposit Is 50% of your total bill. The remainder is due 14 days prior to your event This deposit is non-refundable. We base your invoice on the least amount of people expected for your event. Three weeks before your event date we will add any additions and adjust your invoice.

Should the need arise that you need to change your wedding date 100% of all monies paid will be transferred to your new date. We do not give refunds for cancelations.

When is the deadline for notification regarding menu selection?
Menu selections should be made as soon as possible so a price can be determined, however we realize that things can change so a final menu selection needs to be chosen 30 days prior to your event.
